Chelsey has been with Dragonfly since 2021, working with individuals to understand their experiences, and the emotions tied to those experiences. She helps clients to begin to walk down a path of change, allowing a people to move forward by acknowledging past behaviours, and envisioning and setting goals for the here-and-now and their future self.
Chelsey works from a client-centered approach in a safe, relaxed, personable, and non-judgmental environment where building a strong relationship with her clients is paramount in the counselling process. Therapy can be intimidating, but she hopes with a relaxing environment, clients are able to ease into therapy and engage in an open and healthy way.
